Host provides freshly baked muffins, local cheese and wine as a welcome gift for guests upon arrival. The bedroom has a comfortable a queen size bed with closet and dresser space. The living room is equipped with a pull out couch (queen bed) and flat screen TV. There is a desk with chair and dedicated hi-speed wifi. A washer and dryer are in the apartment for guest use. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bars. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen there is an outdoor gas grill available for guest use. A private front porch and patio offers beautiful sitting areas for guests to enjoy the outdoor spaces. If guests are interested, they can be invited into the host's garden for viewing and picking fresh produce. Host created this for the possibility of disabled guest. Enter through the driveway on the left side of the house, and pull into the back. Park on the side nearest the house. Entry is through the door under the second floor back deck. There is another 1 bedroom airbnb apartment on the second floor of the house with private entrance, and the parking area is shared with the upstairs guests. Close to all local Finger Lakes wineries, distilleries and breweries. Located only 3 miles from the famous Point of Bluff Concert Venue. To access Keuka Lake, you can drive to Keuka Lake State Park (7 miles), or to the public beaches in Hammondsport (10 miles).
