Cabin in Bridgton

All seasons cabin is perfectly situated, just steps from the lake and 1.3 miles from skiing @ Shawnee Peak/Pleasant Mountain. A beautiful view in the winter. Spring/Summer/Fall=kayaking, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing and swimming. Spring/Winter=skiing, skating, ice-fishing ,& snowboarding. International sled trails just 1/2 mile from the cottage. Hunters Welcome. The quaint lakeside town offers fine dining, old fashioned theater, shopping and more. Please, No cigarette smoking. The space Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with cozy pellet stove. 2 full baths, one with walk in tub/shower & laundry area on first floor. The other with tub/shower on second floor. 1 queen in master bedroom upstairs , 1 triple bunk in bedroom 2 is a loft area upstairs , 2 twins /trundle in bedroom 3 on first floor. . Sofa can be slept on, but is no longer a pull out bed. Huge deck with grill & gas fire pit. Ample parking. Note: Window coverings have been added, since pictures were posted. Guest access Entire House ( garage is off limits) Other things to note Propane refills for grill and fire pit are available at The little Mountain Store just up 302 west on the Left ( less than a 10 minute drive)
