Surrounded by a 1000 m² enclosed garden protected from the wind, 100 m from the beach, everything is conducive to rest, reading in a deckchair in the sun or in front of the stove, children's games in the garden or on the beach in peace, walking or cycling on the coast or in the countryside. You will end your days by admiring the sunset over the sea, at the end of the street. The house: On the ground floor - a large living/dining room, kitchen. One bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with Italian shower, dry toilet. Upstairs - one bedroom with 3 single beds, one bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be assembled into a double bed), one bedroom with 1 single bed, one bathroom with a shower. The garden: several living or play areas, terrace, table, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue. HOUSEHOLD LINEN RENTAL: Our concierge offers linen rental for the duration of your stay - Kit (sheets + towels): €20 per person. This option is optional and must be requested when you book. Hostiz Conciergerie will accompany you throughout your stay in Névez. Guest access You have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note Eco-friendly holidays: Dry toilets, composting, waste sorting, stove heating and lime/hemp insulation (possible complement to electric heating), drying of laundry in the garden, walking and cycling (15 minutes by bike to the Intermarché de Nevez), no TV and wild rabbits in the garden!
