Our home is humble and simple. It has the essentials to be able to rest and go sightseeing. The beach, (car, from home 6 minutes and walking 30.) to go to Barcelona city (car 40 or train 45 minutes). You can move along the coast (Maresme and Costa Brava). It's quiet, close to Montnegre (mountain). The back is garden type (public and not fenced) you will only see the lady who takes care of the plants. Parking is available nearby (easy and free of charge). The space Cozy space with everything available to rest. Garden open to the outside, not fenced or delimited! (its use is communal, but you can only meet the lady who takes care of the plants). Guest access Access to every space of the house. Outdoor garden (not delimited) used by the lady who takes care of the plants only.
