The residence is a family space, a typical beach house with 100mts², large and cozy spaces on a quiet street, just 200mts from the sea and 3min from BR 101. The house is complete, private location, enclosed yard, holds up to four vehicles, bedrooms with queen beds, air conditioning and two bathrooms. The neighborhood is located between the sea and Serra do Tabuleiro, a strategic region to travel to the Center of Palhoça, Floripa or the southern beaches, also with trails and waterfalls nearby in minutes. The space In addition to the proximity to the sea and the trails and waterfalls of the Est. da Serra do Tabuleiro park, the property is located in a traditional and quiet neighborhood, in the house you will have plenty of space and comfort. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have queen beds with air conditioning, one of which is a suite. Bed linens are provided at no additional cost. For additional guests, there is a single mattress and the option of a sofa bed. Living room: The living room is spacious, with a pull-out sofa and TV with dozens of cable channels. High-speed and stable Wi-Fi, safe for those who want to work from home. Kitchen: The kitchen is very, very complete with utensils for you to prepare everything you want. The consultation can be done through messages via the app. Animals are allowed, but there is a need to have the common sense that not all guests have the same desire, taste and even tolerance. For this reason, I always request that in the case of pets, they are not allowed to climb on the beds or sofa, as it makes it very difficult to remove hair and, in some cases, other families arrive on the same day, causing embarrassment and discomfort with the situations described.
