Vermont Home w/ Private Beach & Dock

Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish, family-friendly space. At this property you'll feel the presence of nature all around you. Every sunset on Lake Champlain feels like a gift. When you are here, it is easy to get lost in waves of Lake Champlain or the birds at the bird feeder. We love to sit by the fire and listen to records or read a book on the patio with your morning coffee. If you are looking for a place to simply unwind and reset, then this Vermont retreat awaits you. The space With 4 bedrooms, outdoor space, unobstructed views, inviting patios & private beach access, you can easily detox from the hustle & bustle of life outside the rolling green mts. of VT. We've equipped the house with everything to make your stay convenient, comfortable and enjoyable. The downstairs offers a large open concept kitchen with all the cooking materials you need to stay in and cook, including pots and pans, slow cooker, knife set, rice cooker, coffee pot, French press, N'spresso machine and waffle maker. The upstairs has four bedrooms, two of which have balconies. Off the primary bathroom is an en-suite bathroom complete with soaking tub and separate shower. The second bathroom has a stall shower. Our house is on about an acre of land, so there is plenty of space for kids to run around and play. When the weather is nice, the patio has a dining set, Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, fire pit and additional outdoor lounge set. Access to the waterfront is located to the right (if you are looking to the water from the house) on a fairly steep grassy slope. There are additional plastic and camping chairs for you to use along the shoreline. We love to catch the sunset or watch the stars while listening to the lake lap against the shore. Guest access We are located on a private road that encircles a small airfield (that has not been used in years) but is also private property. The guest are required to drive a slow speed on the gravel road leading up to our house in order to comply with our neighborhood rules and keep the peace for the animals.
