Urban Farmhouse Guest Quarters

Located on the Trolley Trail, this cozy guesthouse is attached to a historic farmhouse and is a perfect home base while visiting the Portland area. The space The farmhouse is currently undergoing renovation while the guest space is newly finished & ready for you! A separate entrance & single parking space allow for ample privacy while the hosts live in the main farmhouse and are accessible if needed. Guest access Guest access is on the west side of the property and has one paved parking space. There is street parking approximately 400’ away if additional parking is needed. The guest house is completely separate with a private entrance. Other things to note The guesthouse is two stories. The kitchen, laundry, dining, living, and bathroom are on the main floor. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a narrow staircase connecting the two stories. There are also several steps at the main entrance to the guesthouse. We have two fans provide for your comfort but no AC unfortunately. Please note this if you prefer to not be in warmer temperatures during the summer. Please note that the space comes with one parking spot. If additional parking is needed there is a side street roughly 450’ walk.
