Towels and Linens Please note that towels are provided for the number of guests regardless of the number of nights. ■Free Wi-Fi available ■Options Barbecue grill (optional) Available for rental for 6,000 yen. ■Pets are allowed in our facility. We do our best to clean up after each stay, but if you are allergic to animals or are concerned about their smells, please consider this before making a reservation. We will prepare a special cage in the living room for your use. ****Pet Accommodation Conditions**** (1) Dogs are limited to one small dogs weighing 10 kg or less. Large dogs, cats, and other pets are not allowed. (2) Vaccination and vaccinations must be received within 1 year. (3) Must be potty trained. (4) If you bring a pet, there will be an additional charge of JPY 2,000 per dog and an additional cleaning fee of JPY 10,000. ****Please note the following: **** Please keep your pets in a gauge when indoors. Please be sure to wear a manner belt when indoors. Please keep your pets in a cage indoors and do not put them on a bed or futon. Please do not shampoo your pets in the bathroom. Please refrain from shampooing your pets in the bathroom. Please refrain from leaving your dog in the room when staying for consecutive nights. Please wear manners pants and belts indoors if your dog is in heat or potty training, or if your dog is prone to roughhousing. We do not have any goods provided, so please bring your own. 【Check-in and check-out】 Early check-in is not available. If you arrive early, please use the coin lockers at the station. (The same applies after check-out.) Guest access No other guests are allowed to stay at the apartment during your stay. Nothing is shared in the apartment. Everything is for you!!! ⇒Let's enjoy your stay!! ※Please be quiet in the room. Other things to note I'll send the guidance of the way to the apartment with photos after I receive your reservation. According to the New Law on Hotels and Vacation rental Apartments applied on July 15, 2018, The following information about all the guests staying in private residence need to be submitted. • Name, address, occupation, nationality, passport number of all the guests • A clear picture of the passport. • A picture of the guest's face holding his own passport (for identity verification) Note: If you do not provide the above required information, according to the law, you will have the possibility that your reservation or stay will be refused. Regarding personal information, we do not disclose, offer, sell, consign and share personal information of users without your permission. However, we will provide information when inquiries and requests accompanied by legal obligations are received from the judicial institutions such as courts, police and administrative agencies based on laws and ordinances. Tenants staying 30 nights or more are required to sign the temporary lease agreement. If you have any questions regarding the agreement content, please feel free to contact us. Please make a reservation only if you agree with the following items that may be complained about from the neighborhood. ・ Prohibition of parties and banquets. ・ Prohibition of smoking in rooms and around buildings (other than smoking areas) ・ Prohibition of being a nuisance to neighboring residents. ・ Prohibition of noise (please be quiet after 21:00). ・Visitors are not permitted to enter the rooms. 100,000 yen fine will be charged if the above violation is confirmed.
