Park your RV here! 30-Amp RV Country Camp Site w/water- just 11 mins to Torch Lake & 12 mins to downtown Charlevoix - 4 mins to a little-known beach on Lake Michigan with full beach access + a network of marked hiking trails! - 3 wineries w/in 7 minutes - Apple orchard w/ park & kids activities nearby + more! **NOTE BEFORE BOOKING** 1) Site is close to HWY 31, so you will likely hear some road traffic. 2) NO sewage drain available on site. You MUST use your own RV toilet & empty it elsewhere. ***NOTE: This site is located in our front yard in front of our house (see pictures), but we do not go out front while guests are present and you won’t be bothered. You may see us drive down the driveway some, but that’s it. - The 30-Amp RV camp site is located in the country (but near US-31) just south of Charlevoix. It has water & 30-Amp electric. Your hookup site is halfway down the driveway to the right in the trees. This site includes a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Again, this site is located in a small pine tree area in front of our house, but we don’t bother you while you stay unless you request to talk to us. However, we are always here to answer any of your questions. :) When you enter the property, drive all the way to the house and drive around the big circle to the right that will take you in front of the house (between the house and the trees) and returns back to the long driveway. Then, you will be able to comfortably back your RV into the site near the electric and water hook ups. **If it’s easier for you to just pull straight in, you may do that also. Whatever works best for you. Access around the property is limited to the wooded area of trees near your RV site (including the picnic area and fire pit). We are happily available to answer any of your questions! We are most easily reached by text message. This RV site is located in a small wooded area in front of a house settled on 7.5 acres of land. There’s only one neighbor about 50 yards away through the trees. The stars are bright on clear nights and there is no light pollution. Simply enter and exit through the driveway and park near your RV. - Pets MUST be on a leash or in a kennel when outside. - Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
