Sunrise Studio is a newly refurbished, spacious double-bedroom, with sparkling modern shower room, kitchenette and dining area, accessed by it's own private entrance. The space Sunrise Studio is part of Woodburn Cottage, which was originally built in the 1700's. It is located on Lamb Corner on the edge of Dedham village, providing an excellent base for exploring the stunning Dedham Vale, Colchester and beyond. Situated less than 5 minutes drive - or 25 minutes walk along beautiful country footpaths - to the centre of Dedham, with it's wonderful pubs, quaint shops and boathouse. The mill pond and river provide great locations for picnics, wild swimming, and walks or boat trips to Flatford Mill. The Munnings museum and café is also within walking distance of the property. Sunrise Studio comprises a double bedroom, shower room, dining area and kitchenette equipped with fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are included, along with a self-service breakfast of bread, preserves, cereal, fruit juice and yoghurt. The property benefits from high speed Wi-Fi, free off-street parking and it's own private ground-floor entrance (one step to access). A travel cot and highchair are available should they be required. We welcome well-behaved dogs, but kindly request that they keep off the furniture.
