Home in South Bend

Newly renovated 1926 “Cape Cod” style home that is in the heart of South Bend. This beloved home has been in my family for generations. We welcome all people to our cozy abode and hope this is a gathering place for friends and family to laugh, eat, play, drink and rest. Go Irish! The space We have a quaint 2 bedroom + 1 bath house with a beautiful sunroom and enjoyable backyard. Our home is 1.5 miles away from the University of Notre Dame Stadium (25 min walk). The popular Eddy St. bars/restaurants/shopping area is .5 miles (15 mins) just before Notre Dame. We are 1-1.5 miles to the heart of South Bend where you can enjoy the many delectable restaurants and event centers that our great city has to offer. Guest access We currently have 1 queen bed in the main bedroom. Our office (guest bedroom) has space for the queen air mattress that is provided. Our bathroom includes a washer/dryer combo that guests are allowed to use and detergent is available. We have an oven, microwave and fridge that are all accessible to guests. Our kitchen is currently under renovation. Thank you for your patience and understanding that there is a temporary countertop available, but no cabinets. Guests can use the tea pot (tea provided), and French press (coffee provided.) Some basic breakfast items will be set out and guest can use anything in our fridge/freezer. We hope you enjoy and make this space your own. Other things to note We love our neighbors :) Please be respectful and treat this home with gentleness. No loud parties and guests beyond the limit.
