The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything Marazion has to offer from this beautiful home away from home. Bolenna is a few minutes walk to the beach & the glorious St Michaels Mount. The house has been renovated to a high standard, set over 3 floors with open plan dining/ living area with wood-burner to cosy up on colder days. To the rear there is garden with outdoor kitchen and built in BBQ perfect to enjoy a family meal after a long day on the beach. The space Ground Floor Open plan Living room/ dining area with smart TV Kitchen- fully equipped with double oven and coffee machine Garden- Stairs going up to garden area, with outdoor kitchen/ bar First Floor- Newly designed bathroom with large bath and rainfall shower Twin Bedroom King Ensuite Bedroom (shower and basin only) Second Floor- King bedroom with Velux cabrio balcony with garden views. The garden is south facing, paved and fitted with outdoor BBQ & kitchen. The parking space is only suitable for a small car as the lane to access the space is narrow. Guest access The whole property is yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note The parking space is down a lane just opposite the property, instructions will be shared with check in information, although the parking space is generous, the lane leading to it is narrow and may not be suitable for everybody's driving ability, and car size, the lane is really only for a small car, there is also a long stay car park a few minutes walk away "St Michaels Mount & Long stay Marazion" charges are £12 per day (24 hour) or £50 for 7 days. We can supply a travel cot on request but we do not provide bedding for the travel cots.
