The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, playgrounds, a synagogue, and more. In Rosh Pinna and its surroundings there are a variety of hiking options and fun attractions for couples and families. In the Moshava there is a swimming pool within a few minutes' walk, the pool can be accessed during the summer months for a separate fee. The space The house has three bedrooms: Master bedroom with separate shower and toilet. A children's room with two single beds, toys, and books for the little ones. Another guest room with a single bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, gas for cooking, Tami 4, fridge and more. Dining area, living room, 2 cable TVs and an additional bathroom that includes a large bathtub. Guest access The apartment is part of a house, in the other part lives a family with children (it should be taken into account that this is not an isolated house). The apartment has parking, entrance and garden with full privacy and separate from the other part of the house. Other things to note This is a quiet residential neighborhood, in order to respect the peace of the neighbors, there is no possibility of parties, loud music, or any source of noise that may disturb the rest of the locals.
