The number of guests must be correct in the reservation. *Our apartment was designed by architect Monica Albuquerque to meet our needs and make the most of the space with everything we would like to have in the apartment. We are a couple with 2 children and we always had the dream of one day having our little corner on the beach. We made this dream come true and we want to share this very special place with other families. We have visited several beaches, but we consider Tamandaré to be the most beautiful. The sea is perfect, with natural pools in front of the condominium at low tide, in addition to the proximity of Carneiros Beach, which is spectacular. Considering this, we made a room for the couple, next to it there is a bunk bed to accommodate our 2 children, but the room has a sliding door and lock to maintain the couple's privacy. When you close the bedroom door (lock), you isolate the bunk bed space that will use the air conditioning in the living room. The accommodation has 2 air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room of 12,000 BTUs, enough to cool the entire accommodation. Our bathroom is small but carefully designed to meet all needs: the shower has stone shelves built into the wall so there is no lack of space for bathing items. It is rich in cabinets, has a large mirror, hairdryer, hygienic shower, towel rack and hooks for hanging towels and clothes. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and complete: with oven, microwave, Air fryer, refrigerator, cooktops in the kitchen and balcony, cutlery, utensils, porcelain dinnerware, sophisticated glasses, crystal and acrylic glasses for the pool, melamine dishware for the pool and beach, and built-in drainer above the sink. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, TV, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and outdoor areas. We also have a gourmet balcony with a table set, chairs and an outdoor cooktop. My wife insisted on a laundry room that would meet all our needs, in which you will find a tank, Washer & Dryer, cabinets and 2 hidden clotheslines. The laundry room is covered by a removable roof that allows the sun to shine on the clothes on the clothesline. This roof can never be closed when you have any air-conditioning on, as the external equipment is installed in the laundry room and needs air circulation to function. This apartment was made with a lot of love and affection considering the needs of a family with children in a very special place for us, I hope you enjoy it a lot! Important instructions for use: *please never leave the removable roof closed with any air-conditioning on, as this will prevent the air circulation necessary for the air-conditioning to function; * Do not change the shower temperature; always leave it in the summer position to avoid overloading the power grid. It is electric, so the heating is not gas-fired; * The water pressure in the shower is very strong and can cause it to burst. Please open it only 1/4 turn and close it until the desired water temperature is reached. * Please use only silicone utensils in the pans (available in the accommodation) * The oven and cooktops are gas, please always make sure they have been turned off after use; * Bed and bath linens are not changed during the stay. * There is no cleaning during the stay. * I ask you to kindly take care of everything as if it were yours! Thank you! Guest access Access to the swimming pool and beach through the condominium. It has chairs and a sun umbrella on the beach and around the pool; The condominium offers: fitness center, toy library, game room and children's playground. It also offers, for a fee of R$ 20.00 per hour for each equipment: kayak, beach bike and stand up paddle, when available! The fee for using the barbecue grill is R$ 75.00 and you receive 2 bags of ecological charcoal (you cannot use another brand). Barbecuing in the apartment is not allowed. The condominium has a convenience store where you can buy products as needed. Other things to note *When booking, you must enter the correct number of guests. Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation, including children, will be allowed to enter the condominium. The table will be available after booking. Early Check-In or Extended Check-out: R$ 50.00 per hour or a one-time fee of R$ 300.00 (Pix) for Check-in after 8 a.m. or Check-out by 5 p.m. (only if available at the time of request, if there is another guest to check in or out on the same day, it will not be possible!
