The space This property is a 3-story townhome with parking on the ground floor, living room / kitchen / dining area / laundry / bathroom on the 2nd floor, master / guest suites on the 3rd floor and a rooftop deck. The living room and master suite both offer screened porches with sweeping ocean views and ceiling fans for those rare days when there is not an ocean breeze. The guest suite has a Juliette balcony. Guest access There is space for 2 vehicles on the ground floor of the townhome, please park any vehicles there underneath the townhome. Parking is not allowed anywhere else on Port of Call property or on Aregood Lane. Other things to note Boaters: Please note that this property does not have a boat ramp or dockage. If your boat trailer AND your vehicle will fit under the townhome, you may keep your trailer there. Trailer parking is not allowed anywhere else on Port of Call property or on Aregood Lane. Many boaters who stay here keep their boat at a local marina, we have heard good things about Plantation Yacht Harbor ($3.70/foot/night plus 7.5% tax, electric/water included) and Postcard Inn ($4.00/foot/night plus 7.5% tax, electric/water/wi-fi included).
