FIREWOOD: 🔥 🪵 Bring your own firewood, kindling, & fire starters! *Any firewood supplies needed will be an “add-on” charge as we are not able to supply free to guests. Although we’d love to… but would be a significant cost for us as most of our guests build fires here every night! It’s awesome!! That’s why we cut our own wood & split for you too. A lot of time & labor goes into this added convenience so plz be kind and pay if using. We’ve never charged more than our 1x fee regardless if you run out. Two (2) full size Murphy beds were built to create more space, as well as a triple bunk bed! If sleeping arrangements are maximized at full capacity with 2 Murphy beds in down position (4 ppl) & triple loft bunk beds (2-3 ppl) in living area of the suite at night, then plz turn beds back into upright position for maximized space during day. PLEASE follow instructions of lowering Murphy Beds. Note: We do have 2 rescue cats that are very friendly and go in/out doggy door day/night. Although Lil’ Boy (Orange Tabby) & Lil’ Girl ~Aka: “BeBe” (Blue Russian) keep to their own but do love visitors! Rarely seen but if u call for them they’ll run to you & flip over for belly rub! And if u don’t call out for them- you will never see them! PARTY PASSES: $30 per person: 1-8 $25 per person: 9+ FULL TRANSPARENCY of reservation and any visitors is necessary so hosts are aware of who is on-site, as well as the option to invite their own guests from time to time. Due to liability, there are NO EXCEPTIONS for guests to “host surprise gatherings” or bypass purchase of party/day passes w/intent & to override property house rules, regardless if permission for a planned celebration granted in advance or not. Guest is responsibly for securing permission AND paying for passes. Otherwise, a different location for your planned or unplanned venue will need to be found, as our home IS NOT a place for you to hold your parties free of liabilities, or free of charge. 🚨As homeowners and AIRBNB Hosts: WE have a legal obligation & responsibility to keep everyone SAFE, which also includes you, our home, our property, and US. Which is why Full Transparency is required & GUEST FOLLOW THRU on their commitment to their INTENT of REQUEST is imperative. 🔥Clean up after your celebration will be the responsibility of guests the SAME DAY. If we are forced to clean up next day because it has not been done yet, or guests checkout & leave mess for our cleaning crew, an additional deep clean of $175 inside suite & yard cleanup $175 for property cleanup if required too. All items need to be returned to original place, all trash picked up, games neatly put away, bonfire pit cleaned out, grills cleaned, etc… Our cleaning crews sanitize & refresh they do not redecorate, reorganize, wash dishes, pick up bottles or butts, remove ash from fire pits, scrub grills, move heavy outdoor furniture, gut fridge & coolers of left behind used food & so forth. Plz treat people with respect & dignity, & being responsible for cleaning ALL that you have used while being a guest here. We truly say this with pure kindness. BOAT LAUNCH OPTIONS: Use the beautiful Bay City State Park *or 2 other nearby access points) to launch YOUR boat and then easily anchor or moor just a few feet away from your bedroom windows!
