Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This house has all you need for a great Florida vacation. 2 queen beds and a full size bed with 1 1/2 bath. The outdoor pool ,has a deck area with chaise lounges and an umbrella to enjoy the pool. There is also a screened in porch area with an outdoor dining area. Backyard has an outdoor firepit with Adirondack chairs and a gas bbq grill. No children less than 12 years old allowed as there is no safety fence around pool. Quiet neighborhood. The space The house has 3 bedrooms. 2 queen beds and a third bedroom with a full size bed and a desk . One full bathroom with shower and tub and one half bathroom en-suite to master bedroom. Living room has a leather sofa and loveseat. There is a tv in the living room. And the master bedroom. TV is a smart tv, you can stream if you want. House has wifi. Master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and vanity. Outside area has a patio that is screened in . Patio area has a dining table. And hightop bar bistro. And another dining table inside enclosed patio. There is an area with a firepit and 4 Adirondack chairs and outdoor grill bbq. The pool does not have a safety fence or alarm. Children should be over 12 years of age and know how to swim. Children less than 12 years old are not allowed on the property.Anyone who enters pool should know how to swim and not be intoxicated. No loud music allowed. Guest access Entire home Other things to note Pool does not have a safety fence and doors do not have alarms to make you aware of when they are open . Pool is not heated. All guest who use the pool are expected to know how to swim , all children should be supervised by an adult who knows how to swim . Everyone who enters the pool , enters at their own risk , if you book a stay at this house, you agree with these rules .I do not allow children less than 12 years old. There are extra towels and rags in the hallway closet . Do not use towels as rags to clean. The icemaker of the refrigerator does not work, I have ice trays, if you want more ice you will need to purchase it yourself. There is a Publix less than 3 min away. Driveway fits 2 regular size cars or one truck No skinny dipping or loud music allowed Let me know if propane gas for bbq grill runs out during your stay and I will replace it for you Let me know if your pool needs extra cleaning during your stay Cable is not included the TVs or smart TVs and you can stream your own services.
