The space This modern and bright apartment features two bedrooms with air conditioning (1 king sized double bed + 2 single beds). All rooms have direct access to the terrace. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet (with door access to the master bedroom) and another toilet near the second bedroom. *MEUBLÉ DE TOURISME CLASSÉ 2 ÉTOILES. DISCLAIMER This apartment is South and East facing. It gets sunshine all day. The building is from the 1960’s and the walls provide basic insulation. This means it gets hot inside during summer months. There are 3 AC units: one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The ACs will help to cool down the rooms but do not expect it to get ice-cold inside during the hottest periods of summer. Additionally, there are 2 portable fans that can be moved around as needed. If you do not like sunshine and warmth, please consider booking a North facing apartment. Guest access You'll have the entire place to yourself. Other things to note The building has a small lift and you will need to climb some steps to reach it (1 flight of stairs to reach the lift and then 1 more to reach the apartment door).
