In the event of snow or ice, a 4-wheel drive and/or snow tire chains are recommended. ✩WE PROVIDE✩ ・A home starter supply of: dish soap, hand soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, foil, parchment paper, plastic baggies ・A kitchen starter supply of: k-cups, coffee filters, sweeteners, creamers, olive oil, salt/pepper, assortment of commonly used spices ・We hope you can make yourself right at home upon your arrival! ✩GUEST TO BRING✩ ・Toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc) ・Food / Snacks / Ground Coffee ・Charcoal & lighter fluid for grill ・Pack n' Play Sheet (if using) ★BOOKING DETAILS★ Guests must be 25 or older to rent (children with parents allowed). After booking this property, you will have 48 hours to sign a rental agreement that lists the guidelines and house rules, and complete an authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $500.00. A hold will be applied to the credit card 3 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend trip insurance in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window! ▻NO PETS We love those little (and not so little) furry family members. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in loss of $500.00 security deposit. ▻NO SMOKING Please no smoking or vaping inside or outside our home. Any smoking evidence will result in loss of $500.00 security deposit for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. ▻BUGS There are bugs in the mountains and you might encounter some unwelcome guests. To help avoid this, please keep all doors closed as much as possible. We have a pest control service performed monthly to help control as much as possible but inevitably are not guaranteed or able to control 100%. ▻BEARS Bears are clever, they know how to open car doors and will do so to look for food. They will cause damage to your vehicle and the cabin if doors/windows are left open OR unlocked. LOCK windows/car doors/trash receptacles. Do not leave food, coolers, or trash outside or inside of vehicle, and please clean the grill after use. Do not allow children to play unsupervised. Damage and liability will be your responsibility. ▻SECURITY CAMERA The property has an exterior camera facing the driveway in use for your safety ▻QUIET HOURS / NO PARTIES We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. To be respectful of our residential neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
