Frank’s Guest House is centrally located in Panton Hill Victoria, a 30 second walk from the Panton Hill Hotel, a historic pub and venue. The guesthouse is a newly renovated duplex, complete with its own private access & car space. A 5 minute walk from the main town and a short drive to the Yarra Valley. The accomodation is complete with a queen size bed, lounge with tv, Netflix and wifi, bathroom and tea & coffee facilities. Perfect short stay accommodation for singles or couples. The space BEDROOM: 1 bedroom: 1 x Queen bed with 4 pillows, linen sheet, doona and additional blankets.    BATHROOM: 1 bathroom: Full shower, toilet & basin. Travel size shampoo & body wash. Luxury bath sheets and face washers.   LOUNGE ROOM: 3-seater chaise lounge, TV with Netflix.   FEATURES: Courtyard: fully fenced & shaded courtyard. Heating & Cooling: Reverse cycle split system.  Entertainment: Bluetooth speaker, TV with Netflix, board games. Other things to note Please note that the guesthouse is a duplex set up, which means it is physically connected to our own house via a joint wall. It is a private guest room with its own access, only communal area is the drive way. While we’ll endeavour to give you as much peace, quiet and privacy as possible, you may occasionally hear us moving around the property. We also recommend booking the pub if you wish to have a meal there. It generally books out on Friday and Saturday nights.
