A local to Schoharie County stay, just minutes to the town of Cobleskill and 10 minutes to Howe Caverns! Enjoy this bright and colorful one bedroom, one bathroom space with a full kitchen, dining space and living area on one acre of land. Sit outside on the deck with rolling hills surrounding you, or enjoy a glass of wine by our fire pit. We can't wait to host you! Self check in with a lock box and code. We live on property in the main house. We will give you privacy and space but please feel free to reach out if you need us for anything! Just minutes outside of the village of Cobleskill, in the countryside with rolling hills surrounding you. Watch the sunrise in the morning from the couch or one of the porches listening to the birds chirp. We have neighbors that are friendly but also keep to themselves. Across the road is a wide open field. We have no ubers in our area, so plan accordingly. There are bus routes that you may be able to look into. Our dog, Fiji (Australian Shepherd), and cat, Ella will be on property and lingering at times. Please be aware of this if you bring your own pets! There are also a couple of neighborhood dogs (2 other Australian Shepherds and a medium mixed breed) that like to visit that are also harmless. We will be sending a text to the neighbors to let them know to try to keep them off property, but there is no guarantee they won't pop over. The guesthouse is attached to our family home, but has two private entrances- the front door and side sliding glass door, both with their own private patio spaces! It truly feels detached from our home with the way it is laid out.
