Check-in and Check-out times: - Check-in: After 3:00 PM. An additional $20 fee applies after 7:00 PM as staff work until 6:30 PM. This rule does not apply if the reservation was made after 4:00 PM on the same day. - Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. 2. Electricity: - Electricity consumption is not included in the rate of the stay. Upon arrival, a photo of the electric meter will be taken to record the initial consumption. At check-out, total electricity consumption will be calculated based on the final meter reading, and the cost will be determined based on the current rate per kilowatt hour (kWh) in Las Terrenas. 3. Smoking: - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Designated outdoor smoking areas are allowed, such as the Terrace and Balcony. 4. Pets: - No pets allowed without prior authorization from the host. 5. Noise: - Guests must keep noise down, especially after 10:00 PM, so as not to disturb other residents of the complex. 6. Events: - No parties or events without prior authorization from the host. 7. Liability: - Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported to the host, and the costs could be charged to the guest. 8. Visitors: - If you have visitors not listed on the reservation, you must inform the host to arrange access to the complex.
