Welcome to our Brooklyn home. We have crafted every room for your comfort and serenity. Enjoy our spacious home with 3 levels, 5 beds hosting up to 7 guests, plus a dedicated office for remote work, spacious family room and kitchen, and a modern patio and garden with evening lighting. You are only 3mins from the L train: 10-15 mins to Williamsburg and 20-25 mins to Manhattan. Easy commute to wherever you need to be. *No parties or pets. The space Our home is located in Bushwick, Brooklyn. It has been fully renovated and has incredible light. The neighborhood offers bodegas, cafes, and restaurants close by. But is also very close to the L train, which offers great access to anywhere you need to go. UPPER LEVEL Master Bedroom -- Has a 65" television, walk-in wardrobe, king sized bed and en-suite bathroom Bedroom #2 -- Queen sized bed, and there is a higher platform in the room with 2 twin-sized beds for extra space. The room has a walk-in wardrobe and there is a full bathroom next to this room. Laundry Room -- Washer and Dryer, plus ironing board and iron. Office -- We have a dedicated workspace for people working remotely, with a floating desk, and beautiful art that make for a unique zoom backdrop. We have Verizon Fios Fibre Optic WIFI for a very fast connection. 1ST FLOOR We have a beautiful open space living area with a large 65" Samsung frame TV. A large dinning table seating up to 6 people, with 2 additional stools. There is a large kitchen area with 4 kitchen stools. The kitchen is next to the patio which offers a nice outdoor eating area. We have a large garden area with a fire pit. It is a relaxing space to enjoy. It is shared with the tenants on the first floor. BASEMENT Our basement area has a twin bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Note that the ceilings are slightly lower on this floor. But there is a space with some weights for morning exercise. Other things to note Free street parking is available, but on a first come basis. Please note the street cleaning times to avoid tickets. It is important to us that you enjoy your stay. As hosts, we will be available throughout your entire stay with any questions or recommendations you might need. *Additional cleaning may be required for longer stays.
