"Rony Villa" is a quiet, modest and unique place full of good energy – ideal for families or groups up to 25 people (including kids and pets – everyone pays per night, minimum 4 guests). Perfect for WIM HOF retreats, meditation, music, yoga, tai chi, dance, and creative writing. Also great for nature lovers coming for hiking, cycling or skiing in Karkonosze National Park. In the garden: Finnish sauna and hot/cold jacuzzi with ice – by prior arrangement and extra fee. The space Important Booking Information – Please Read Before You Book: Each guest must be counted when booking your stay – adults, children, and even pets. The nightly rate is based on the total number of guests sleeping in the villa, with a minimum of 4 guests. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to fill in the correct number of people. The villa is not rented at a fixed price – the cost changes according to your group size. A Retro Gem Preserving the Charm of the 70s and 80s Rony Villa proudly maintains its original design from the 1970s–80s. Expect wooden floors, whitewashed walls, and spacious, uncluttered rooms with large windows that let in the mountain light. The minimalistic interior allows every guest to arrange their own space or even reshape the feel of the entire house as they wish. Disconnect to Reconnect – No Television, Just Nature We’ve intentionally chosen not to include a television, so you can reconnect with nature and with each other. Go out and explore the beautiful village of Przesieka, the nearby nature reserve, and the surrounding mountains—by foot, bike, or car. Whether you’re here to rest or to explore, nature is just outside your door. Spacious, Comfortable, and Recently Renovated The villa has been recently updated to host groups of up to 25 people comfortably. Please note: Airbnb may limit bookings to 16 guests. If your group is larger, just let us know in advance and we’ll make it work for you. Garden Extras – Wellness in Nature In the garden, you’ll find a traditional Finnish sauna and a hot or cold jacuzzi with ice – available by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. It’s a wonderful way to unwind after a day of hiking, skiing, or simply soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Guest access Each guest must pay, the price is determined according to the number of guests (adult, child, pet - minimum 4 guests) coming to stay and spend the night in the villa. Please fill in the number of people accurately to avoid inconvenience and cause us a loss. The villa is not rented at these fixed prices only according to the number of people!! Guest: Up to 25 people can access in all areas and rooms of the "Bidwell Villa", garden, fruit orchard, fields and Forests around - everything is open and free to our guests. In case your group is more than 16 people (The built-in limitation in airbnb) please let us know. Please update us on the exact number of guests who arrive as early as the reservation stage and as soon as possible before you come to us so that we can see the update of the reservation and arrange the villa accordingly. We can offer you a special Sauna and Jacuzzi located in the villa's garden by prior reservation and additional payment: Prices: Sauna - 200 PLN Jacuzzi - 350 PLN Both - 500 PLN Dogs: We basically agree that families will come with the dogs but only educated and non-aggressive dogs ... We have had in the past unpleasant cases ... In any case, we started charging extra 152 zł for the dogs because of the damages that dogs cause to the villa and because of the extra cleaning we need to do after your visit. We also have very clear requests about the behavior of dogs in the villa and that we very much seek to respect and care for them. Behavior of Dogs: 1. Please, Please, don't let the dogs go up to the second floor. 2. Clean well after pee and poo. 3. Tie collar when going for a walk. 4. Ask the dog: " don't bark at night". 5. Put in the entrance of the house or outside the plate of food and water . 6. My neighbors have also dogs (they are good dogs), but please take care when let your dogs out of the house. 7. The most important thing is to call us the day before you come to the villa to remind us that dogs come with you and so we will inform our neighbors in advance. If the number of guests is over 16 people (The built-in limitation of airbnb), I will ask you to pay for the extra guests usind "Exsrta Services" in the airbnb app. We strongly recommend to families and groups to bring their own bath towels and kitchen towels, we supply blankets, sheets, pillows and bedding (obviously clean and laundered) up to 25 people - in case your group is more than 16 people (The built-in limitation in airbnb) please let us know. We earnestly ask to help us save energy and use electricity and gas cautiously and not leave lights and electric heaters work when leaving the villa. It is strictly prohibited and contrary to our practices to smoke indoors, do not light candles for good lighting or odor or any other purpose for fear of fires, do not light matches or fire for any reason other than the central heater in the kitchen. Please help us prevent fires.
