The house is split level and the upper level is available for your stay. We will be in the lower level. The two levels are completely closed off and each has a private entrance. There are stairs in the property. Guests will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. Primary suite with California King, the second bedroom has a King bed, and third has 2 twin beds. You will also have exclusive use of the kitchen, dining room and living room. Brand new washer & dryer in the unit for guest use. The space Single family home in a great neighborhood that is close to to everything. Guest access The entire upstairs portion of the house. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. You will also have exclusive use of the balcony. You do have access to washer & dryer. Other things to note Master bedroom features a California King the 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. We live in the downstairs portion of the house. Each floor has a private entrance and is closed off from the other. Smoking/ vaping is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the property. Downstairs owner's quarters has outdoor cats catio and a laid back older dog. As of March 2025, there are now 2 puppies. We are training them, but they still might bark a little. License #62477
