Whether you're on the lookout for Ryan Reynolds, or just want to see what Wrexham has to offer, you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place near Wrexham City Centre. Located opposite the world famous “Racecourse Stadium” home of Wrexham AFC. Make use of all the space as you wish & enjoy the garden or "Green room" on those lovely evenings. The space You will be able to make full use of the house and only one bedroom upstairs is unavailable as this is a store room, but you will have plenty of space in the main double room with dressing room attached where you can hang up your clothes. Enjoy the garden on those warmer evenings or chill in the "Green Room" leading to it. Alternatively put your feet up in the front room and make the most of what is on the television. Dinner can be taken in the dining room with space for 4 to sit, having made full use of the newly renovated kitchen which has all the required equipment with plenty of storage for your stay. Before bed relax in the well appointed bathroom which includes overhead waterfall shower and large bath. Ideal for a soak after a long day exploring Wrexham and all that the local area has to offer. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire property during their stay. This includes: • A fully equipped kitchen • Living and dining areas • Bedroom, dressing room and bathroom • Private rear garden with decked seating area. • On-site parking for up to 2 cars. • Free Wi-Fi and smart TV The only room not available is one room upstairs which is locked as this is a store room/my room when there are no guests. You’ll be given the code for the lockbox entry prior to your arrival, so you can check in at your convenience, I may be on hand to show you around, but this depends on check in time.
