Bathroom (shower & toilet) Cozy sofa and open fireplace ​ 2nd floor: Bedroom with balcony & bathroom (bath & toilet) Children's room with 2 single beds ​ 3rd floor: Loft library with turntable, books and games Secluded, sheltered roof terrace with large BBQ, herbs, seating lounge and water connection. ​ In the immediate vicinity you will find everything, believe us, really everything you need! From restaurants to hairdressers and boutiques, apart from baked goods, vegetables, bars, handmade souvenirs and lots of life and cultural activities on Piazza Marconi. Bus station and boat stop are also just minutes away from the house. The popular bike path - Alpen Adria Trail also leads to and through Muggia. Check-in - We need a copy of the ID documents from all guests in advance - The local tourist tax is €2 per person/day, excluding children.
