Unique Studio with Sauna in Charming Puu-Käpylä

This cozy and sophisticated Studio with sauna is the perfect spot for business and leisure guests alike. The Studio is suitable for one person, a couple or a family of three. The location puts you in the heart of picturesque Puu-Käpylä. The Studio is located on a beautiful wooden log house originally completed in 1920. The studio has its own private entrance. There’s easy access to all over the city by tram, bus or local train. The Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre is nearby. The space Self-contained Studio with combined lounge/bedroom plus kitchenette and bathroom/laundry. Total area is 30m2. The Studio is located on the bottom floor of a three-story house. In addition to a queen size bed, the studio has an armchair, a small table and a closet for clothes. There is fast Wi-Fi available, books and games and a Smart-TV. A Toddler travel cot or an air bed available on request. The Studio has a small kitchenette with a microwave, a refrigerator, dishes and a coffee machine and a tea kettle. We provide coffee, tea and snacks for all our Guests. The spacious bathroom is equipped with the electrically heated sauna and the basic ammenities including shampoo, shower gel, towels, a hairdryer and a laundry machine. During the summer, Guests can enjoy the green garden with a patio, a charcoal grill and dining area. The fenced yard has a playhouse and a trampoline for the little Guests. Things to know: * No pets, no-smoking inside the Studio * Kitchenette: no oven, no stove or dishwasher. * Kitchenette: no tap water or sewer * Linen - all linen and towels are provided. For bookings of more than a week, we provide you with an extra set of linen and towels Cleaning - The Studio is cleaned prior to your arrival and after you leave. A cleaning fee is included in to all bookings.
