Large private walkout basement apartment. You'll have lots of room for your group. You'll enjoy the split floor plan and large living areas and bedrooms. The two bedrooms are separated by an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Both bedrooms have a private bath and lots of room for extra seating to read or relax. One bedroom has a television. There is a full size, fully furnished kitchen with lots of counter space to create your special culinary creations. The dining area includes a large table to comfortably seat 8. There is cozy seating in the living area to enjoy the 55" HD television. The covered back patio provides more space to spread out around the fire pit or patio table and grill your meal on the large five burner grill. We welcome you as our guest and will do our best to make it a pleasant stay. Our family of three, including a 94 year old mother, live upstairs so you may occasionally hear the faint sounds of life over-head. The two levels are separated by a stairway and locked door. We have provided a white noise machine in the "King" bedroom that may help if you're a light sleeper. Our guests will have complete and private access to the entire walkout basement. You’ll also enjoy your own patio with large barbecue grill, and seating around a propane fire pit. We are home most of the time and available. If there’s some detail that can make your stay more enjoyable, or if you just need to borrow a couple eggs for your baking creation, give us a holler. Our house is located at the end of a long dead end street. It’s an established, friendly neighborhood. Don’t be surprised to find others out walking, or waving as you pass them by. We are just minutes from shopping in Prescott Valley by car. There is gravel parking reserved for our guests on the south side of our house. Parking is also available on our street.
