Private Hilton Head Condo

Great private location on Hilton Head Island. Community pool, in unit washer/dryer, close to the bike trails and one mile from Fish Haul beach. This unit is on the 2nd floor of the building so there are steps. The space We have 1120 s/f with kitchen, dining, living room and deck on the first floor. The 2nd story has 2 bedrooms. The master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and it's own master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large walk in closet with a main bathroom right outside the bedroom door. Guest access All areas will be open to guests except one closet with items from the owner. Other things to note There are 3 TV's in the unit. All 3 are ROKU and include many free choices. We have WIFI that you can use any of your own streaming services. Utilities are all included with any stay less than 3 months. A longer stay guests will be billed for electric. The HOA requires a signed statement that you have read the rules and regulations for our development. You also will be required to fill out a "lease" along with emergency and car information. The will be a $25.00 fee for a parking pass that you will need to purchase upon arrival as well.
