Please note: Whilst we love well behaved dogs and make all efforts to accommodate them, there are certain times of year when this is not possible due to various farm considerations. Please ask at time of booking. The space Private access up an external stone staircase gives you absolute privacy with views away from the property over open countryside. The flat consists of a brand new kitchen/living room kitted out with period furniture and filled with everything you could need to cook, eat and drink in extreme comfort. A wide range of books and board games, smart TV and several local guides. The bathroom has a large bath with shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Plenty of good towels etc. The bedroom looks east down Wensleydale and has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Duvets and pillows are goose down and the linen is, well, linen! Guest access Beautifully positioned on the side of Penhill, this is a working smallholding and the flat is above a barn by the main house - away from any stock and easy to access in all weathers. Plenty of parking on gravel - no muddy fields to reckon with! While the flat has no outside space of its own, you are very welcome to use the main garden and meadow where there are several quiet places to sit. Other things to note Below the flat is a drying room where you can leave muddy boots & coats and store bikes, walking poles etc Please note that due to the access stairs, this property may sadly not be suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues.
