Seafields, nestled amongst tropical gardens on over an acre of land, has the Caribbean Sea as its northern border. The panoramic views across The Narrows to Nevis’s sister island St Kitts are stunning any time of day, but at sunset, it is simply breathtaking, especially from the private pool. Offering privacy and luxury, Seafields is one of five homes on this white coral sand beach. Being on a bay, the water is warm and calm, perfect for a morning dip or water sports any time of day. The space Seafields is located on the exclusive Gold Coast of Nevis. Built in 1967 the original owners picked a prime location. This midcentury modern, Palm Springs, house is spacious with all rooms having a view of the sea. The house is all on one level and there are no stairs. The living room, with ample room for conversations, is in the center and opens into a large screened atrium with soaring ceiling containing the dining room and more comfortable seating . To the right of the living room are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a small office, and a private screened porch. The front bedroom has a king bed and bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom comprises a suite of rooms with bathroom shower, office, sitting area , twin beds, and a private porch with seating overlooking Jones Bay. To the left of the living room is the well equipped galley kitchen and master bedroom. The bedroom over looks the swimming pool and, of course, the Caribbean Sea, has a king size bed, sitting area, ensuite bathroom and private entrance. The pool has a sunning deck and a sheltered BBQ area with propane grill. Midway between the house and the sea is a circular outside sitting/viewing patio. This is the perfect place to end the day, drink in hand, watching the sunset. Two cottages are also on the property. The sea cottage has twin beds and a full bathroom while the beach cottage has a queen bed with bathroom and full kitchenette. Guest access Full house and cottages. Other things to note A contract will need to be signed one week prior to arrival. Occupancy not to exceed the above agreed upon total # of guests Please submit full names and ages of each guest and approximate time of arrival so that our manager can meet you, give you keys and show you around. Kindly note that the house is in a residential area. There are to be no loud noises or music after 10 PM. No drones allowed at the house or in the neighborhood. No illegal activities * No Parties * No Pets. No Smoking in the house or on screened porches. If any of the above conditions are violated, you will be asked to leave. Renters are Responsible to Keep the House & Cottages Clean & Sanitary Household rules at Seafields No Wet Towels or Clothes on Furniture.** No White Bath Towels Outside.** No China or Glassware to be taken Outside. There are Plastic Plates and Glasses for Outside Use. **Please do Not Track Sand into the House. There is an Outdoor Shower to rinse off ** Please Keep the Kitchen Clean. Cockroaches and Ants are attracted to Food and Drink Left Out in the House and Outside. Beach Items Not to be Left on the Beach Front Gate to be Closed at Night Swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea are at your own risk. No staff knows how to swim. There are life jackets provide.
