The apartment is on the ground floor below other accommodations constructed out of timber. However quite separate with its own entrance via a private veranda . There are 3 bedrooms each with their own on- suite. Driveway is concrete however quite steep but not unreasonable. Kitchen is complete with standard amenities, All linens are supplied however various colours . All mattresses are new . Clothes washing powder, dishwashing soap, toilet paper supplied. Open plan living area and kitchen.Front veranda has 1 step off to ground level Guest access The apartment is part of another building which is also on air b n b . The property is 1 acre so all guests are welcome to access the property. Parking is on the East side of driveway. Drive to back of house turn around parking on the left going down driveway opposite lower unit . Other things to note There is a community swimming pool available for guests to use its down near the beach 10 min walk
