New construction on 2 levels with: - on the ground floor: the entrance and its large reception bench, a dormitory with 6 single bunk beds "cabin style", 2 double bedrooms with queen size beds, a shower room, a technical room and ski room; - upstairs: the spacious and bright living room open to nature with terrace, cozy living room, large fully equipped open kitchen and a master bedroom with its private shower room. Baby kit available free of charge (chair booster and folding crib). Good bedding for peaceful sleep. Accommodation capacity: 12 people max. Guest access From Ax-les-Thermes, take the RD 613, towards Chioula. Leave the intersection of Ignaux and Sorgeat, and at about 1 km, turn left into the hamlet. Remember that in winter, it is mandatory to have special equipment (snow tires or chains). Check the road conditions on inforoute09. Other things to note The price includes water consumption and an electricity package of 80 KWh per day. The price does not include: the security deposit of €2,000, the cleaning fee and its deposit of €200, linen rental/person, the electricity supplement at the rate in effect beyond the package. Charging an electric vehicle is strictly forbidden.
