The apartment, situated on the lower level of this beachfront house, has an open plan living space that features a palette of colours, inspired by sand and sea. The lounge room has abundant natural light and a wall of windows with a breathtaking views of the ocean. Located in the heart of the quaint village, this is a prime spot to explore Cape St Francis from. Enjoy braais on the patio with its panoramic ocean views - there is a Weber charcoal braai as well as a wood burning portable braai. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms both with ocean views: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: King bed or two single beds (Please let us know your preference at least one day prior to arrival) Guests share a shower room and separate toilet. There is also an enclosed and spacious outdoor shower with basin. CFront has a parking space for one vehicle. If there no guests on the upper level at the main house, guests are welcome to use the house parking. The house and the apartment are very separate from one another, each with their own private entrances and outdoor areas at the back of the property. CFront is conveniently located just a two minute walk up the street, is the Coastal Collective cafe (excellent coffee and smoothies), Tradewinds Cafe, Better Days boutique, a grocery store, a gym and an indoor pool. A 5 minute walk away is the well loved restaurant Nevermind, next to Seal Point Lighthouse. Guest access Guests will have access to the downstairs of the house ‘CFront Apartment’. Upstairs is a separate property ‘CFront House’, also available to rent, sleeping 8. While these two units share the same plot, they are both private and have separate entrances.
