Charming RM #7 w/ 2 Twin Beds & Private Bath

Forget your worries in this spacious and charming space. Large private room with a private bathroom and a designated parking spot. Two twin beds with 55" Smart TV, and wifi available. The pool area is available to go swimming or sunbathing. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view. This location is close to the 78 FRWY, Walmart, Target, fast food places, and approx 15 min from the beach. During your stay I'm available through Airbnb application messages, text messages, or by phone. Other things to note The room is in a home that has other guests in it; you will be able to hear muffled sounds of walking and talking, tv, water from the shower, and so forth. Also, My health is a top priority and since I'm highly allergic to animals I will not be able to host anyone with pets (including service animals) because I clean all spaces and it's a shared home with other guests who may have health conditions. Mail & Package Policy: Guests are not allowed to use the property address for mail correspondence. Any mail received will be returned to sender and not be given to you. Please obtain a P.O. Box if you need to receive mail during your reservation. Amazon Packages Exception: The only exception I can make is for Amazon packages but they should be labeled exactly as followed: (Guest name) c/o (HOST Name) [Property Address] Amazon packages not labeled correctly as shown above, will be returned to sender. If Amazon packages are placed in the locked mailbox, guests do not have access to retrieve them. You will need to wait until the host checks the mailbox. —————————————— Lockout Policy: If a guest ignores the “low battery” warning light on their smart lock and becomes locked out of their room as a result, a $150 lockout fee will apply. Please notify the host immediately if you see a low battery indicator so it can be replaced promptly and avoid any inconvenience. Thank you
