Guest access You'll have front porch access, with plenty of free parking on the driveway, and two acres around the property including the back patio overlooking the woods, where you can unwind with some refreshments. The Tea Room, where breakfast is served, has a fridge for your personal snacks, a hot water urn, hand washing sink, Nespresso coffee, tea, and other refreshments. In the cooler months, you'll enjoy the warmth and aroma of the wood stove. Your room and the property is spacious, and the large living room has comfortable couches and chairs alongside a working gas fire in the old brick fireplace; only the main kitchen and upstairs are off-limits. During your stay One of us is usually here to welcome you on arrival; if not, there is a lockbox with the keys for your stay. During your stay, please do call or text or stop us in the hallway for assistance, though please note that after 8PM, we generally don't answer until the next morning unless it's a true emergency, in which case you should call 911 and notify us immediately. Other things to note While absolutely no animals are allowed, with no exceptions, guests should know that there is a friendly dog next door who also watches over our property. If anyone is afraid of or dislikes dogs and prefers not to have him around, please let us know in advance, and his owner will keep him inside.
