The apartment is well equipped and is also suitable for renting for long periods (there are big discounts for bookings of one month or more). The apartment has a large refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, induction stove, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and TV. The entire apartment is yours while you stay. usually, it should not be a problem to drop off the luggage or check in earlier than indicated on the listing, this is only subject to availability. The receptionist provides service and assistance 24/7, they can help with questions and problems related to the apt. You will have access to the free parking on-site, only please note that you would need to buy a Batumi city parking license in order to avoid getting fined. I speak fluent Georgian(native) English, Russian, and French, so communication with you shouldn't be an issue, I can communicate via phone, Airbnb app, or any other means. The neighborhood is one of the strong sides of my property. In two minute walk, you can find all kinds of, cafes, restaurants, shops, shopping centers, etc. The Black Sea is in front of the building and there's a clean and nice beach. there is also a lake with a dancing fountain. The building has free street parking, usually, it's full of cars but if you are lucky maybe you get a place there. There is bike parking too and a nice path for biking. Please remember that you’re staying in a private flat, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. I speak English, Russian, French, and Georgian, so communication should not be an issue.
