The space With its detached structure, private pool, and spacious 4+1 layout, our home is ideal for large families or groups of friends. The house has recently been renovated; the kitchen features a sleek Lineadecor design, and the bathrooms are updated with high-quality Kale fixtures. The decoration combines comfort with elegance, using fine details like silk and linen curtains and antique-style touches. One of the bedrooms overlooks the pool—starting your day with that view will instantly lift your mood. In our villa, you can fully enjoy the unique breeze of Alaçatı. In addition, two of the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a more comfortable stay for our guests. In the garden, you’ll find sun loungers, a barbecue area, and a cozy seating corner. A carob tree greets you in the front yard, while olive and banana trees add charm to the back. Alaçatı Bazaar is just a 10-minute walk away, and you’ll find all your essentials nearby—Migros, Şok, Macrocenter, and the famous Keskin Bakery are all within easy walking distance. Guest access The house will be yours. Areas you can use: • All rooms and large living room • Fully equipped kitchen • Balcony • Garden (sunbeds, barbecue, seating area) • Private pool (8x3.5 m) • Parking available in front of the house Other things to note Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team carefully prepares the house between these times. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets. Some of our guests may have allergies, and hygiene is very important to us. We provide bath towels, but kindly bring your own towels for the beach or pool. The pool is private and for your use only, but for safety reasons, children must always be supervised by an adult. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out regularly. The gardener may occasionally visit the property—thank you for your understanding. Out of respect for the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM. Parties and loud events are not allowed, in accordance with Airbnb’s general rules. Additional Information The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, but we don’t provide food or drinking water—please come prepared. There is air conditioning in the house, though Alaçatı’s refreshing summer breeze often makes it unnecessary. For guests with babies, we provide a highchair and a travel crib.
