There's a shared washer and dryer in the building. Pittsburgh airport is only 20 minutes away; and Beaver is a quaint town, adored by locals, with much to offer. We (Annie and John, your hosts) will not be there in person; but we are always reachable to help out remotely. Kevin, who lives in the building, can usually help out in person if/when needed (when he gets home from work).
