Enjoy a campfire or watch the moon rise over the lake as you soak in a deep bath on our three acres overlooking the magnificent Mallacoota inlet. Recharge in the natural world with Roos, Lyrebirds and Eagles & forage in the garden. Our jetty is a great spot to launch the Kayak, catch dinner or just watch the swans and pelicans go about their day. Wander to town via the picturesque lake boardwalk - it'll take around 30 minutes. Alternatively, the drive is just five Welcome to Mallacoota Magic The space The property features a modest, 180m2, newly built home set on three acres on the shores of Mallacoota Inlet, and accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom, spacious bathroom and dining area look north over the lake. All provide access via sliding glass doors to the lakeview vantage, where fire pit, table and chairs await. The main living area is open plan and incorporates lounge, dining, study and sitting and kitchen areas. The Lounge includes an 65" OLED TV and a surround sound. There are plenty of board games, books and magazines. The sitting area, which converts into the secondary sleeping area with a large sofa bed, is a great spot to chill out and read. The kitchen has a large array of equipment, but do please let us know if you think anything extra is needed. It opens to the east onto a gravelled patio area with table, bench seats, umbrella and gas Webber BBQ. The carport, whist currently not accessible to cars, is a good spot to escape the sun and can be used for outdoor living if the weather turns sour. In the carport you will find some fishing rods alongside the life jackets and oars for the Kayaks which are located at our jetty. Guests are welcome to explore the whole property apart from the fenced off areas. Other things to note As the house is quite new, general landscaping and gardening activities are still being carried out at various spots on the land. These areas have been screened off from use. However the property is fairly large and these works will not impact guests. If you require EV charging please contact us to discuss what we have available. Please note that as the property has two dams we do not consider it suitable for children. Also, the property is currently not wheel chair accessible at all and requires walking up a small flight of steps from the carpark. We are in the process of making it more wheelchair friendly and anticipate this will be complete within a year.
