Recharge in the natural world with Kangaroos, Lyrebirds and Eagles & forage in the garden. Stroll to the water, take out the Kayak, catch dinner or just watch the swans and pelicans go about their day. Wander to town via the picturesque lake boardwalk - it'll take around 30 minutes. Alternatively, the drive is just five. Welcome to Mallacoota Magic The space The property features a modest, 150m2, newly built home set on three acres on the shores of Mallacoota Inlet, and accommodates up to four guests. The main bedroom, spacious bathroom and dining area look north over the lake. All provide access via sliding glass doors to the lakeview vantage, where fire pit, table and chairs await. The main living area is open plan and incorporates lounge, dining, study nook, sitting and kitchen areas. The Lounge includes an LG 65" OLED TV and a surround sound. There are plenty of board games, books and magazines. The sitting area is a great spot to chill out and read. The kitchen has a large array of equipment, It opens to the east onto a gravelled patio area with table, bench seats, umbrella and gas Webber BBQ. The carport while it is not currently available for guest parking, provides shelter from the sun and rain and is a practical area for tasks such as rigging fishing lines or hanging clothes on the makeshift clothesline. Fishing rods are stored here, along with life jackets and oars for the tandem kayak, which is kept at the jetty approximately 200 metres NW from the house. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the property, except for roped-off areas and any zones with active maintenance, landscaping, or construction works. This includes the area up the hill and behind the house, which is not accessible to guests. The jetty, located approximately 200 m northwest of the property, is currently undergoing repairs. Other things to note As the house is quite new, general landscaping and gardening activities are still being carried out at various spots on the land. Some of these areas have been screened off from use. However the property is fairly large and these works will not impact guests. Also, the property is currently not wheel chair accessible at all and requires walking up a small flight of steps from the carpark. We are in the process of making it more wheelchair friendly and anticipate this will be complete within a year.
