It accommodates up to four guests. The main bedroom, bathroom and dining area face north over the lake, each with sliding glass doors opening onto the lakeview vantage: fire pit, table and chairs. The main living area is open plan: lounge, dining, kitchen, study nook and a reading corner. The lounge has an LG 65" OLED TV with surround sound, plus plenty of board games, books and magazines. The kitchen is well equipped and opens east onto a gravelled patio with table, bench seats, umbrella and gas Weber BBQ. The home has high-speed fibre internet (2 Gbps down / 200 Mbps up, ~10ms latency), available over Wi-Fi and wired LAN. Solid for remote work, video calls and streaming. The carport is not currently available for guest parking but provides sheltered space for rigging fishing lines or drying clothes. Fishing rods, life jackets and oars for the tandem kayak are stored here. The kayak itself is kept at the jetty, roughly 200 metres NW of the house. Fast EV charging: up to 22 kW Type 2, the fastest AC charging available for home use. Most EVs gain 100-150 km per hour of charge. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the property, except for any roped-off areas or zones where maintenance or landscaping works are underway. The area up the hill and behind the house is not accessible to guests. The jetty, approximately 200 m northwest of the property, is currently closed due to repairs. Other things to note The property is newly established, and some landscaping and gardening works may be ongoing. Work zones will be clearly marked or screened off, and activity is kept well away from guest areas. The property includes two unfenced dams and is not suitable for young children. Wheelchair accessibility is limited but improvements are underway. Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.
