The space This is a fully equiped holiday house, with the main house offering two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together for a king bed. The lounge has a lovely feel about it, with a log fire for the winter months, there is a conservatory attached, with 2 rocking chairs to relax in when to want to read or unwind. The TV has sky sports and movies for you to enjoy while you are staying. The bathroom has a shower and spa bath in it. The kitchen is well equiped, with everything you want in it, we keep the basics in the pantry for you to use while you are staying. The sleepout is attached by an outside deck. The sleepout has a split king bed in it ( can be split into two single beds) , the visitors that have slept in here have found it very inviting, they always comment on the bed saying it is very large and so comfortable, they never sleep as well at home as they do at the beach. The sleep-out also has its own ensuite. There is a nice outside area under shelter for the hot summer days, with a bbq for your use Guest access We leave guests to enjoy the whole holiday house for their pleasure. But we are normally not too far away, so could help you with any issues that may arise. We have a lockbox on the property for you to access Other things to note 15 minutes to Rangiora, which has all the major supermarkets, shops and cafes 3 minutes drive to the brick mill cafe or 4 minutes to the old school collective Local dairy and fish and chip shop (with great ice creams and fish and chips An 8 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride to Pegasus, where it has a local pub - The Good Home, and two coffee shops, (one is located at the golf course, where you can play a game of golf or use the driving range)
