This boutique-style 2 floor apartment with private entrance offers plenty of space directly on the bustling 'Oudegracht' in the historic city center of Utrecht. The space is close to all the beautiful museums, good restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a loft on the third floor with a very comfy bed. One floor lower has a small separate 2nd bedroom for 2 people. The apartment has recently been renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen and a new stylish bathroom with shower and bath. The space The apartment is a second floor loft with a large open space with a 140x200 cm sized bed on one side and the sitting area and table on the other side and lots of space in between. One floor lower provides a small separate 2nd bedroom with a same sized bed for 2 people. The apartment has recently been renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen and a new stylish bathroom with shower and bath with water jets. The equipment in the apartment is mostly new. The apartment has its own entrance, behind which two steep stairs lead to the loft. The toilet is located on a different floor than the bedroom. Guest access The apartment is fully yours, you will have access to a small bedroom on the second floor and the full 3rd floor. We offer the option of an early check-in at 1:00 PM for €40, as well as a late check-out at 1:00 PM for the same fee. Let us know if you'd like to take advantage of these options!
