Feel free to bring you own propane or we can provide it for you at a $30 charge for a 20lb bottle NO UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK OUTS - Any unauthorized late checkouts will result in a $40 charge NO SMOKING AT ALL -No Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the airbnb or ON the property. If you are found to have smoked in the property there will be a minimum $500 charge. NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS -If a pet is brought there will be a minimum $200 charge to cover the cost of an extra clean. If you have a registered service dog we welcome them, however the extra cleaning fee will still be applied. NO PARTYING -ZERO tolerance. No loud music, drug use, obnoxious behaviour etc.. Our space is expected to be treated with respect. Quiet hours are to be followed. If this rule is broken your stay will be cancelled and be removed from the property.
