Lake Escape is located in a residential neighborhood and is best suited for family gatherings of no more than 12 people. No bachelor or bachelorette parties or loud music are permitted. Owner, who lives next door, may be accessing the lake via the dock. Outdoor Fun Only steps away from Lake Ripley, you can do almost anything here! You have access to a 70 foot pier, boat slip, shallow sandy swim area access to swim raft, pedal boat, canoe, paddle boards, kayaks, and lily pad. Fish for bluegills, crappie, perch, bass, walleye and northern. Enjoy the southern-facing deck for lounging, huge sandy area to play, large fire pit and wood provided to enjoy those starry nights, outdoor gas grill, patio dining table with 6 chairs, a number of outdoor chairs and loungers, and a variety of yard games. No wake is enforced from 7PM to 11AM creating a quiet atmosphere for fishing and paddlers. Kitchen In the beautiful, fully functional custom kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove and commercial coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with basic cookware, utensils and small appliances. Service and tableware is provided for up to twelve guests. Family Room At the end of the day guests can sit down and relax watching select streaming services or local channels, listen to Pandora, play board games with the family or just hang out. Loft & Office Need to Work? Use the office space in the loft with wireless internet access, a computer, a laser printer and plenty of room to spread out. The following is available during the summer season: Table tennis, air hockey game and a second television is available in the loft if "gaming is your thing." Bed & Bath Lake Escape has four bedrooms that will comfortably sleep up to twelve family and friends with everyone getting their own twin bed. Each bed has a pillow top, sheets, comforter, pillow and extra blankets. There are two full baths - one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower. You also have access to plenty of bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as a washer & dryer are provided. Guest access You have access to the home, yard, and pier. We ask that you do not utilize the garage during your stay. To be good neighbors, please avoid trespassing on our neighbor's property. Other things to note Property services a maximum of 12 guests. Contact us about your pets. We will send you our pet policy for up to 2 pets. The policy includes pet expectations, daily fee, and a refundable deposit to cover any unexpected pet-related happenings. Parking is available for up to six vehicles on the property. There is no street parking available.
