The space At ground floor level, the property contains a vast entrance hall and ante-hall, a courtyard, a staircase and a lift which give access to the rest of the levels of the palazzo. The property contains five bedrooms, three of which contain ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are mainly located on the mezzanine floor - the living quarters of the Castelletti family - original owners of the house and ancestors of the current owners. At this level one also finds a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble drying and indoor drying facilities as well as a cosy living room. The Piano Nobile level consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven and american style fridge/freezer, a guest toilet, a chapel dedicated to Santa Croce, a regency dining room (with a table seating up to 14 people) and a grand drawing room with a spacious open balcony.
