Business or pleasure? Welcome to our home at beautiful Rennesøy in Stavanger Municipality. We can offer pleasant accommodation for 2 in a separate private room in our home. The room is about 30 m2, 140 cm double bed (best fits couples), sofa, dining area/workspace, TV and WiFi. It includes a private bathroom with shower and toilet for the room. Plus, there is a private kitchen with simple amenities. Private parking and charging possibility for electric car. 30 min to Stavanger by car. Great base for iconic nature experiences! The space Østhusvik is a small charming village on the island of Rennesøy outside Stavanger. There is a private shop, two restaurants, bars. It is 10 minutes to drive to the town center Vikevåg with several shops, library, hairdressing salons etc. It takes approx. 30 minutes to drive to Stavanger city center. In addition, there are good bus connections with bus #10 straight from the house and to Stavanger city center. Rennesøy has amazing hiking areas along the sea and in the moors, and there are rich historical memorials from several thousand years back in time. The cultural landscape is special, and the area is known as the green islands. Our location is also a good base for experiencing iconic places such as Pulpit Rock, Kjeragbolten, Lysefjorden, Trolltunga and Trollpikken. We're here to help you with hiking tips in the surrounding areas! Guest access Guests have access to a completely private room on the ground floor with attached private bathroom and kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a large cooling room for guests to use. In addition, guests can, on request, access the outdoor living room with a fireplace and seating. Guests have their own parking space with the possibility of charging an electric car. This costs NOK 150 per started day. Guests will be provided with a code and key to the garage and front door upon booking. There is a shared front door and a walk with family. It is possible to cook in your own kitchen, and use the laundry room for the family for washing clothes. A tray with self-service breakfast food (milk, juice, toppings, eggs, jam, cheese etc) can be ordered for NOK 200 per person. Cleaning and changing the bedding is included in the price.
