Description

You'll have a great time at this pet-friendly place to stay in Fernie. With a separate bedroom plus a loft area with a futon-bunk and double bed, there's plenty of room for everyone. There is a lovely deck area with BBQ for you to enjoy, and the views are lovely. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, and the beds are all dressed in hotel-quality linens. With a mountain of adventures on your doorstep, we know you will love your stay in Fernie. The space ENTRANCE You will need to walk up a flight of steps to get to the main door. As you walk in you will find trays for your shoes and hooks for your coats. Along the corridor, you will also find the ensuite laundry closet, furnace room, and closet. LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN At the end of the entrance corridor, you will come to the open-plan living area. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the large and small appliances you will need to whip up a light snack or full meal. In addition to the expected, you will also find a blender and popcorn maker that you are welcome to use. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. The dining table is small, and you will find extra folding chairs beside the fridge. The living space is comfortable and has two sofas, ceiling fan, a large Roku TV with standard cable, a ceiling fan, and a shelf full of games that you are welcome to use. PATIO From the lounge and kitchen area, there are patio doors that open out onto a lovely deck area with seating. There are also steps down to the ground floor from the deck. BEDROOM AND BATHROOM Just off the dining area, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, closet, two dressers, and access to the main bathroom (Jack and Jill style). There is a tub-shower combo in this bathroom. Hotel-quality towels are provided, along with locally made SoCo Soaps shampoo/body wash. THE LOFT AREA Upstairs you will find the loft area. This is an open-plan space and you can look down onto the main living space. Here you will find a futon-bunk bed with a single mattress over a futon base, a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, and a ceiling fan. Guest access The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. There is a connecting door to the lock-off unit, which is locked at all times from both sides. Other things to note If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. Please bring your own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one from us if needed. This unit has a lock-off suite connected by an interior door. The door stays locked from both sides to ensure privacy, similar to adjoining hotel rooms. For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps. What’s Covered? - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures How It Works - The policy covers accidental damages up to a total of CA$1000. - If any covered damage occurs during your stay, simply report it to us. - We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you are not charged for the repair or replacement up to the coverage limit. Optional Protection - This policy is optional, and you can choose whether to purchase it when booking. - If you prefer not to purchase the policy, simply decline the waiver during the verification process. - Without the policy, guests will be responsible for covering any damages. Peace of Mind - Opting in provides you with peace of mind, allowing you to focus on enjoying your stay without the worry of unexpected expenses. Terms and conditions apply. This policy does not cover intentional damage, excessive negligence, or additional cleaning time. **PET RULES** - No cats. - Maximum 2 dogs. - Although we are pet friendly we do not supply any toys, bowls, beds, or cages. Please bring these with you. A box of rags are provided for you to use on your pet. - We do not allow breeds of animals that are known as heavy shedders or extremely active. - Do not leave the animals unattended in the property. - You are liable for all damage inside or out that is caused by your pet. - Please adhere to all local bylaws - please visit the local city website for more information. - A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed.
