Charming 6-bed apartment of 80 m² with terrace, swimming pool and jacuzzi (in season). The space Spacious and bright, this accommodation includes a master suite with shower room, private toilet and direct access to the terrace, as well as a one-eyed bedroom equipped with two bunk beds, ideal for sleeping up to 4 children (sleeping 90x200 cm, low mattress). The living space consists of a cozy sitting area and an open plan, fully equipped kitchenette. Note: Access to the bathroom, toilet and exteriors is only through the master bedroom. Bed and bath linen is provided at no extra charge, and the beds are made upon your arrival for a smooth welcome. Beach linens for the pool are not provided. In order to be able to offer an attractive rate, no cleaning fee is applied automatically. You're just asked to clean the place and put away the dishes. If you prefer not to take care of it, a cleaning fee of €40 can be paid on site upon your departure. The outdoor furniture is also not accessible during the same period. About the hot tub - The inflatable hot tub is accessible from May 9th to September 15th. - Children under 15 are strictly prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons. Please note that this is not a small hot pool, but a hot tub designed for moderate use. To preserve its temperature and ensure good water quality: - Limit yourself to 1-2 consecutive bubble sessions, - The thermal blanket should never stay open for more than 30min in order to allow the hot tub to heat up and filter the water properly. THE JACUZZI WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE ON THE MORNING OF YOUR DEPARTURE SO THAT IT IS CLEAN FOR THE FOLLOWING TENANTS During your stay I am very easily reachable for the duration of your stay because our home is adjoining. Other things to note Check-ins start at 5 pm, i am usually on site to welcome you but self check-in is also possible thanks to a key box. Departures are the next morning BEFORE 10am. Possibility of early check-in (3 p.m.) OR late check-out (12 p.m.) on request with an extra €20. As our accommodation is adjoining, we ask that quiet hours be respected between 10pm and 7am Electric car charging possible by RESERVATION + with extra payment on site.
