Nuthatch Chalet

Nuthatch is a comfortable characterful chalet privately set in 6 acres of mature English woodland nestled on a hillside. A quiet and tranquil space ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our main house is close by giving you assistance on hand but far enough to give you plenty of privacy. The space A short drive from Ross-on-Wye, up a steep winding driveway through the forest and you're transported deep into serenity. Take it slow and take it all in. Guest access There's a private garden situated behind the Chalet with your own wood fired hot tub with views out into the forest. Theres an additional platform at the top with views into the valley and as far as the Black Mountains in Wales, it's great for sunsets! Feel free to explore our private woodland too, look out for deer, owls, birds, boar and various other wildlife. Other things to note Our forest is home to an abundance of nature including three species of deer, wild boar, squirrels, owls, various birds of prey and our dogs Nellie and Autumn. For your peace of mind we ask that guest's dogs ideally be kept on lead when outdoors on the land.
